ゴールデンウィーク中、早めのディナーで来店。 チーズフォンデュのコースの飲み放題。野菜が元気でシャキシャキしていて、予想を上回る美味しさでした。 ワインもボトルで注文できるのも評価が高いです。席が個室もGood！ リーズナブルでよかったのですが、ただ一つ難点だったのは、トイレが隣のカラオケと一緒で、掃除が行き届けていない印象でした。

The course of the night was "Bistro(Fondue) course". Which were Appetizers plate, salad, Fondue, Fried Fish with tartar sauce, Hayashi-rice, sorbet, and 2hours of all you can drink. It was very filling and satisfying. Large enough room to keep distance from each other. I'd go again.

全席個室でおしゃれできれいなお店です。飲み放付コースが早割遅割だと3000円台なのも魅力です。お料理も美味しいし、盛り付けも綺麗です。個室に番号などがなく、お酒が入ると、トイレから戻る際自分の個室がわからなくなる時があります。 また、2時間きっちりにお店を出されることが多いです。なので、コース料理がどんどん運ばれてきます。急かされている感じがいつもあります。それがもったいないかな。 先日は、隣りの個室の数人のグループの話し声が大きく会話もままならなかったので、ダメもとでスタッフに相談したところ、個室を変更して頂けました。おかげで静かに食事が楽しめました。

We had a business dinner here during our stay in Japan. Food was average nothing out of this world for Japanese Italian restaurant. It's clean and nice, just like any other Japanese restaurant.

個室で落ち着く。綺麗で料理もおしゃれで美味しい。 店員のサービスも良い。 ただ、家族で気軽に行くには高いかな。 大人2人、子供2人で15000円。 アルコール飲むのは一人だけ。 特別な日や友達と割り勘なら良い店。

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bistroya Hashimoto for a welcome party hosted by the English group I teach — and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! The group had made a reservation in advance, and we were given a private room that we could use for two hours. The private space was spacious, clean, and had a warm, comfortable atmosphere that made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy each other’s company. It felt perfect for both casual gatherings and more formal celebrations. The food was good — simple and satisfying, though nothing overly fancy or elaborate. What stood out most for me was not just the food, but the overall experience. The staff were incredibly attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Their hospitality made the entire event smooth and enjoyable. Another big plus is the location. The restaurant is located right next to Hashimoto Station, making it extremely convenient and accessible for everyone, whether they are coming from nearby or farther away. After this positive experience, I’m definitely considering Bistroya Hashimoto as a venue for future private parties or gatherings. With its private rooms, thoughtful service, and easy-to-reach location, it’s a great choice for any occasion.
